We have retained legal counsel who will be filing a suit in the Supreme Court to have this bylaw overturned which would stop the destruction across the bay. We are asking for donations to help with this suit into order to save Port Harvey for all boaters, whether they come to the marina or not. Port Harvey has been a safe haven for years and with this activity happening, anchoring will not be possible and it will eventually cause the Port Harvey Marine Resort to close.
